Delicious and somewhat inventive food, such as basil ice cream, vibrant rooftop terrace and friendly service. Would recommend, especially on a sunny day.

A beautiful, great set up place in Tilburg! I loved the entrance, going up by elevator gave us the feeling we were really out of the "crowd". Indoors is nicely put together and i am sure summer evenings are even more charming and athmospheric. Went for drinks and dinner with friends. The service was very very friendly and kept a good eye on our drinks and check-ins regarding the shared food orders. Genuine friendly and catered. The food was good but not outstanding. What we especially missed was a good dessert / sweet after. The current sweets are a bit too exclusive and missed variety (such as at least 1 with chocolate). Other than that we were all good and cared for. Switching the lights down a bit really gave us the drinks/dinner vibe we were going for. **the pasta photo is missing one piece - we were so hungry we couldnt wait.

The place is very nice: beautiful with nice music (there was a DJ). The food is tasty, but comes in small portions, except the sweet potatos one (the portion size is 'better'. The service was really bad: they brough wrong drinks, wrong food, and they the food of one of us. We called them to ask about it and nothing. We all already had eaten, so she cancelled. This is a pity, the place is nice, but this service doesn't make it attractable.

Amazing view, comfy seatings, very friendly service, gentle music in the background. For my taste the food was not bad and I did enjoy the cocktails. I also expected a bit more quantity of food for some servings. So for me the balance of quality and price is a bit off.

One of the best hangout places in Tilburg. Really good ambience and good street food, especially the lunch basket. It is one of its kind and really good option to enjoy bites of different dishes together with friends. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The cocktails are also well made.

Great bar with an even better atmosphere. The food is good and for Tilburg it's one of the better restaurants/bars you can go to. The concept is mostly a cocktail bar with shared dining. The vegetarian options are good, but vegan options are limited. The vegan/vegetarian options that are there are also very tasty and I would highly recommend the vegan bitterballen. Both the atmosphere inside and outside are trendy, acoustics are good and service is also prompt. Overall great experience, pointers to the following: - vegan/vegetarian options are limited - male toilet only has 1 toilet in contrast to the number of urinoirs - wine selection is limited and could be better - cocktails are mainly gin-tonics, however the cocktails are highly recommended, delicious!

Doloris presents you with not only a meta maze, but also a rooftop experience in Tilburg. The restaurant was really nicely decorated, it is a nice place to spend the evening enjoying small bites of food and good drinks. Every dish represents a country, I really liked that concept! We ordered 6 dishes & 1 dessert. Loved the way how they looked! Pastechi was definitely my favorite. Anticuchos with the creamy aubergine sauce at the buttom was also so delightful. However, I think the meat of both Anticuchos and Sosaties should have been much much more soft. I had one piece of meat in the Anticuchos that was cooked medium and it was really nice, but the others pieces were cooked all the way through hence causing it to be a bit dry. The lamb of Sosaties was chewy, I expected it to be more soft and more tasteful. I really liked the concept and the effort put on to the plates, but I think there is a room for improvement about the way the meats are cooked. Overall, it was a nice experience😊

Food was really good and done quite quickly! The portions were a bit smaller than expected, so it can be a bit expensive. Absolutely recommend getting the sangria!
